Your inquiry
The brand audit form asks about your business, goals, ad spend, page or website, and contact details. Once online inquiries are enabled, those details are used to respond to your inquiry and arrange a conversation. Required processing consent is separate from the optional marketing checkbox.
Your browser draft
The booking form keeps a draft in this browser tab so you can go back without starting over. The draft is removed after a successful submission or when the tab’s session ends. Do not enter sensitive account information or passwords.
Scheduling and marketing
The calendar loads only when you choose to open it. Scheduling is provided by Cal.com. Optional marketing messages require a separate, unticked choice.
Client videos
Testimonial covers and videos are served by Wix, the host of our original website. Cover images load as you browse; video files load only when you choose a story. Your browser connects to Wix to retrieve those files, sharing standard connection information such as your IP address.
Optional Meta ad measurement
If you choose the separate Meta measurement checkbox, Conex may send Meta your inquiry and sales-stage outcomes, hashed email and phone, ad identifiers and browser information. Hashing helps protect contact details in transit but does not make them anonymous: Meta can use them to match an account and measure advertising. You can decline this choice and still request an audit, or contact us to withdraw it. This permission does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
